At some point in the near future I'll put up a synopsis and maybe an excerpt or two for you all to read. But until then: backstory!

The idea of WMR happened several years ago. I was sitting in Cell and Molecular Biology with my friend, and we were discussing my birthday and Disney movies in between learning about kynesins and dynesins. I really don't remember why (or what a kynesin/dynesin is either for that matter). Anyway, the conversation started somewhere in the realm of favorite Disney princess, and then veered wildly into the territory of my overactive imagination as a child and my fascination with mythical creatures. And without giving too much away, let's just say that this story is my take on my favorite faery tale, with a healthy dash of violence tossed in.
